Removing Temporary Files
After running the uninstallsfrac utility, remove the following directories if they are still present on the node:
/var/tmp/uninstallsfrac_date
/tmp/uninstallsfrac_date
Removing the Infrastructure Packages (Optional)
The installer utility does not remove infrastructure packages used by VERITAS products other than VERITAS Storage Foundation for Oracle RAC. These packages include:
- VRTSat, VERITAS Authentication Service
- VRTScpi, VERITAS Cross Platform Installation Framework
- VRTSob, VERITAS Enterprise Administrator Service
- VRTSobgui, VERITAS Enterprise Administrator
- VRTSperl, VERITAS Perl 5.8.0 for VERITAS
- VRTSvlic, VERITAS License Utilities
If necessary, remove these packages using the swremove command.
Removing Licenses
Navigate to the /etc/vx/licenses/lic directory and remove unwanted licenses. You can also rename or move them to another directory.
