VxVM Error Messages Related to I/O Fencing

vold_pgr_register(disk_path): failed to open the vxfen device. Please make sure that the vxfen driver is installed and configured.

The vxfen driver is not configured. Follow the instructions in Setting Up Coordinator Disks to set up these disks and start I/O fencing. You can then clear the faulted resources and bring the service groups online.

vold_pgr_register(disk_path): Probably incompatible vxfen driver.

Incompatible versions of VxVM and the vxfen driver are installed on the system. Install the proper version of SFRAC.
