Switching a Service Group

The process of switching a service group involves taking it offline on its current system and bringing it online on another system.

  1. From the Service Group page, click Switch in the left pane.
  2. In the Switch Group dialog box:

    Click the thumbnail above to view full-sized image.

    1. Select the cluster to switch the service group to, or click Anywhere.
    2. Select the system to switch the service group to, or click Anywhere.
    3. Click OK.
