resetsc

Use the resetsc command to perform a hard reset of ALOM. This terminates all current ALOM sessions.

How to Use the resetsc Command

Note: You must have a level user permission to use this command.

To perform a reset, type the following command:

sc> resetsc option

where option is -y, if desired.

ALOM responds with the following message:

Are you sure you want to reset the SC [y/n]?

Type y to proceed, or n to exit without resetting ALOM.

Command Option

The resetsc command uses one option: -y.

If you use the -y option, the reset proceeds without first asking you to confirm the reset.
