ALL_OUTLINE_HINTS
describes the set of hints stored in outlines accessible to the current user.
Related Views
DBA_OUTLINE_HINTS
describes such hints for all outlines in the database. This is the only one of the three views that displays the OWNER
column.
USER_OUTLINE_HINTS
describes such hints for all outlines owned by the current user.
