DBMS_AWM procedures create an analytic workspace (the multidimensional target cube) from a star schema (relational source cube) and enable it for relational access (relational target cube). The relational target cube consists of relational views that map to the workspace data and an OLAP Catalog cube that maps to the views. The relational views are specific to the requirements of the OLAP API.
