This illustration shows two fabric samples. The fabric sample on the left contains the colors blue, red, and white. The fabric sample on the right contains the colors yellow, orange, green, and red. Both fabric samples show a texture of very small blotches of color, like a rash of these composite colors throughout each sample. Both fabric samples also show a background of two faint, parallel horizontal and two faint parallel vertical thick lines crisscrossing each other and dividing each sample into 9 quadrants, much like a dic-tac-toe diagram.
