LOMIOCDOGPAT
This API resets (pats) the watchdog so that the watchdog starts ticking from the
beginning. This ioctl requires no arguments. If the watchdog is enabled, this
ioctl must be used at regular intervals, the values of which must be less than
the value of the watchdog timeout.
