NAME

  islower - Determines whether a character is lower case.

SYNOPSIS

  template <class charT>
  bool islower (charT c, const locale& loc) const;

DESCRIPTION

  The islower function returns true if the character passed as a parameter is
  lower case, otherwise the function returns false.  The check is made using
  the ctype facet from the locale parameter.
